What does it mean to be a member of Jean-Jeune?

  • Obtaining discounts on services at the Longueuil day camp or the Laurentian outdoor base (camping, access).
  • Participate in various organized activities: general meetings, committees, volunteer work;
  • It also means taking part in the Annual General Meeting, where you can have your say, elect the members of the next Board of Directors and find out about the orientations proposed for the coming year;
  • It means being invited to social events;
  • It means being assured that no new employee will use your good name;
  • It means proving to our partners and other organizations around Jean-Jeune that we’re dynamic and involved in our community through active membership;
  • And finally, it means staying in touch with the life of Jean-Jeune, wherever you may be.

Privilege member

$30 per year

Benefits:

  • Receive newsletters
  • No registration fees at the Longueuil day camp for the first child
  • 2 nights’ rustic camping valid for 4 people at the Base de Plein Air des Laurentides
  • 5 daily accesses to the beach at the Base de plein air des Laurentides

How to become a member

  • Be 18 years of age or older;
  • Complete the membership form;
  • Adhere to Jean-Jeune’s mission: to make vacation programs that promote social and personal development in an ecological perspective accessible, primarily to young people and families from all walks of life;
  • Pay membership dues ($10 for the year from January 1 to December 31);
  • The Board of Directors must approve all members and may revoke membership at any time.

Free membership for new members?

  • If you’ve never been a member before and have worked for Jean-Jeune for at least 3 weeks in the previous year, you can become a trainee member;
  • You have the same rights and obligations as other members, but your membership fee is free for the first year;
  • You must still meet all the criteria to become a member;
  • You must complete the membership form;
